Terms of Sale
You can use your Elrond address to purchase our coin during the presale rounds and to purchase, sell, or rent virtual land on a map. To contract with LandBoard, you must be at least 15 years old. LandBoard reserves the right to deny any request you make. When you place an order with us, you warrant that all information you give is true and correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the purchase, and that there are adequate funds to cover the cost of the products. All listed prices are subject to change. While users may readily purchase tiles, the cost might quickly escalate depending on the region. This function allows you to acquire any 1km2 zone in Romania. Everything will take demand and supply into account for each piece of land, allowing you to build a competitive atmosphere that is also enjoyable for everyone. Each tile is an Elrond NFT and will be mintable at the same price. Not only will the Landboard ecosystem be fueled by $EGLD, but also by its own token, $LAND. The $LAND token will be used for the following purposes: a. Participation of the DAO b. Early access to the software, allowing holders to claim their preferred land before other users. c. Decreased royalties d. Giveaways and airdrops The token will be listed on the Maiar Exchange as soon as feasible to allow users to effectively use it and grow the community.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We currently do not offer any return/refund/exchange for goods .

These terms and conditions, as well as the transactions proposed hereunder, are controlled by and construed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any legal or equitable action arising out of or pertaining to these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the Romanian courts.
Complete Agreement
The foregoing Terms of Service represent the parties' complete agreement and replace any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and LandBoard. Any waiver of any term or condition of the Terms of Service shall be valid only if in writing and signed by a LandBoard Director.
